After a fifth-place finish in the Boston Marathon, Kara Goucher will lead the Team USA women's marathon squad at the IAAF World Championships in Athletics.
The competition is Aug. 27-Sept. 4 in Daegu, Korea.
Tera Moody, 2004 Olympic marathoner Colleen De Reuck, Kathy Newberry and Alissa McKaig complete the five-woman team.
Nick Arciniaga earned a place on the men's team with a second-place finish at the Houston Marathon in January.
The men's team also includes Sergio Reyes, Jeffery Eggleston, Mike Sayenko and Mike Morgan.
